Exceptional service from 3 specific persons: Dalma, Juan and Petter. As a former retired US military vet with over 30+ different hotel stays in 3-5 star hotels, this was a squarred away 5 star hotel with superstar management under an under-rated 3 star rating..I REALLY enjoyed how Dalma, Juan and Petter made all of our family feel from our 8+ day stay and acommodate us through different small and manageable petitions. - Walking distance to Sacsayhuamán - Need Covid test done rapidly at the hotel? Ask Dalma for it and she'll swiftly get the job done without having to leave the hotel! - Need a decent breakfeast to fill your belly? Petter was the guy, along other great details he did for us - Need to get somewhere, get recommendations or solve a hiccup? Both Juan and Dalma will provide immediate solutions My in-law got sick as he was positively stubburn enough to eat at none recommended places, but then Dalma and Juan REALLY went beyond their management duties to treat us liek family. Even Petter knocked on our door to say good-bye on our last day of stay. Amazing stay and a memorable one as its been years since I've seen so much attention to details from a hote staff, excellence literally with Dalma, Juan and Petter. Anthony was also great with recommendation. My second free review ever on an app, and well deserved!
