Great service and food. Has been coming here as a kid and now came after 27 years. Missed live piano. And thw liveliness of Nadia coffee shop.

Exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return and recommend PC hotel to our friendly and family. Hotel was very clean. Rooms were good sized. Sheroz and Harrison from room service always ensured our rooms were nice and cleaned cleaned consistently. They were also very friendly to interact with. Hotel has lots of dining options. Hotel Marco Polo served breakfast which was very tasty. Special thanks to Mr. Javed, Mr. Noor and Mr. Saleem for their exceptional service. Must try their High Team which started at 4.30pm everyday. Ambiance is great and we enjoyed this a lot. All hotel staff are very friendly. Mr. Shahid Nawaz who is the hotel door man always had a smile on his face and always assisted one of our guests with limited mobility to climb up and down the entrance stairs. Overall, my family and I were very happy during our stay.

Exceeded my expectations!! My family and I stayed at PC for 11 to 12 days, from Feb. 11, 2023. It was my wedding on the 18th and we had a lot of guests booked in different rooms, The Hotel is very clean, has good sized rooms and staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. Special thanks to the following individuals for making our wedding trip memorable: Food & Beverages - Mr. Javed, Mr. Noor and Mr. Saleem, including their team at the Marco Polo restaurant for their exceptional service. Baker’s Boutique/Bakery - Special thanks to Chef Shoaib Ikram for making our wedding cake on very short notice. Cake exceeded our expectations and everyone was very happy. House keeping - Sheroz and Harrison for always keeping out rooms clean and well maintained. Mr. Muhammad Kashan from Front Office for all his help. We had lots of guests with different arrival and departure dates and times. Mr. Kashan liaised with the airport pick up team to ensure all our guests were picked up and dropped off on time. He is very helpful and friendly. Mr. Shamshad Alam from the airport pick up team for ensuring that all our guests were picked up and dropped off on time. He was very friendly in all his interactions with my guests. Saba from Guests Relations for arranging for last minute room bookings and taking care of all room decorations. Mr. Aarej from Executive Desk for facilitated all permissions for our wedding shoot at the hotel.
