Luxus Grand Hotel

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights with family. Rooms were ok at most 2* unfortunately encountered many issues firstly room had cockroaches. I informed reception and showed them a video i was told a manager would contact me. Nobody contacted me for my whole 3 days stay. We all got sickness and dioerah because of the hygiene issues. Day 2 i enquired about it and was assured someone would be in touch Nobody did. Lamps had exposed wires which were buzzing all night. Linen was dirty had that changed. Bathroom had broken fittings. Overall very disappointed. Had to wait for fresh towels daily. No towels available by pool area after enquiring and waiting for over 30 mins i was told towels are drying and i would have to wait. I would advise families not to stay here as health and safety is abysmal. Most disappointing part is that no one from the management team ever got intouch to address the issues.
