Very nice and helpful staff. Fantastic convenience to the airport, which is about 50 feet away. But the rooms are often HOT. This is the 4th time I've stayed there with my family and 3 of the times the A/C didn't work (or barely worked) and my whole family stayed up overheated all night, with no sleep. Even opening the windows didn't work. As much as I like the good parts about this hotel, I don't know if we can come back if we're not going to be able to get a decent night of sleep before a long day of travel bc of the HEAT of the rooms. Disappointing.

We needed a place to stay close to the airport in Oslo before flying out the next morning after flying into Oslo that night. The hotel is directly across from the airport and it had a covered walkway which was great as it was pouring rain and we had all our luggage and 2 children in tow. The hotel was perfect with a lovely restaurant, kids zone that my boys loved and the included breakfast was fantastic and started at 5am which was great for our early flight.

The best part, was that I arrived very late at night with two children, and it’s a short walk to the hotel. The room was made up with only 1 pillow and 1 duvet, so I wasn’t sure if I was expected to sleep on the Sofa bed and the children were meant to sleep in the main bed? I found an additional duvet. Our daughter has a peanut energy and there were peanuts in the room, but at least they were sealed. I don’t think this is a fault of the hotel, it’s a Norwegian issue, as peanuts were pretty much everywhere in use from oil to cook potato chips, to being on sale in motorway service stations. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 on a weekday, which after a late flight arrival was a bit disappointing. However breakfast was delicious & very well laid out but by 9:31 it was removed! a nice stay, nice staff, and worth the money if you have a late arrival or early departure.

It couldn’t have been easier to stop over in Oslo than it was staying at this hotel! We walked straight out of baggage claim, crossed the road and we were there! The family room was perfect for us travelling with a small child. The breakfast was very lovely with lots of options. We will certainly stay here again!

After two weeks in Oslo spending time with family, I decided to stay at the Radisson Blu at the airport since I had a morning flight. The hotel was absolutely lovely. It was clean, the staff extremely nice and accommodating and the room was heaven!!! The bed, so comfortable and I didn't hear any noise from anywhere! Bonus? I just had to walk across the street and into the airport! I will definitely stay here again when I next visit.

I loved the stay. We had a family suite and the setup was great with the king and the sleeper sofa. Staff was very friendly and engaged. The two items that cost a star for me: - the pillows were too thick and the synthetic filling didn’t give. I had to sleep without or risk a stiff neck in the morning. - the temp control didn’t work (never moved a bit towards my cooler set point) and the fan noise was too strong. Overall very pleasant, convenient - I would stay there again.

After an 8 hours drive we were looking forward to get some rest. So with the receptionist woman we had prebooked and paid for a family-size large room. We get only 1 key card, and I get told the breakfast is until 11 am (from the looks of it this was a ‚schemer’, who may feel good about Norwegian ‚Schadenfroh’ (skadefryd). Ok, so we go to the room and it is a small room, with only 1 bed! So we bring all our luggage down to the reception again to inform them this was not what we booked and paid for. There, I am asked if I just want to keep the small room. So I actually have to insist on getting the family size room we paid for! I was polite still. Then I overhear someone else checking in, getting told by the male receptionist breakfast is until 10:30. So I ask the other woman when it is, and she says until 10:30. We eventually get in the room and order room service. The asparagus dish actually stank, and my wife could not eat it. It looked like some green mash reheated in a microwave. And prior to that we had to call again to get bottle opener and utensils. Full of dirt under mattress. Next morning, we get to the breakfast at 9:20, believing we have good time based on 1 receptionist saying 11:00 am, and two other saying 10:30. But no, here they tell us to hurry! Because breakfast closes at 9:30! And instead of believing what I say about the receptionists saying 10:30, they seek to gaslight and the other woman is smirking behind our back to the other one.

I always stay at Radisson Blu if they have a hotel where I'm traveling. Many times I need to come to Oslo the night before to catch an international flight early the next morning and for 10-15 years this hotel has been me and my family stop over when we need a place to stay at Gardemoen.
