Was really happy with the separate bedroom. It was very comfortable for a family. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay if you travel by car. You have enough parking opportunities. Unfortunately, the hotel built on a hill and you have to reach the public transport by foot going up and down (about 15-20 minutes walk). From the tram station you reach the airport (about 7-10 minutes ride), which is a pro, and the city center (about 35-40 minutes!) which is a massive blame. The rooms were clean, the breakfast is rich enough for staying up to three nights, but the it lacks on variety. Nice lobby and a children room. Nice gym. It's more a business hotel, than a vacation one. If you plan visiting Bergen just for couple of days and have a car - that's fine. Otherwise, book one near the city.

property was clean, loved the family room layout. the breakfast buffet was awesome and dinner menu was good (more vegetarian options would be good). Staff and waiters were very helpful

The stay could have been good, but the beds in the family room were TERRIBLE! And even worse is that other guests made complaints about them and it was not solved. Better matrasses would already help.

At the check in the IT was down, so I had to wait 1,5 hours but the staff did their best to make the time as short as possible for me. The hotel is calm and at a really idyllic spot in nature. The room was light clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy and I sleep like a baby in it! Breakfast was amazing as expected in a Scandinavian hotel.

The hotel rooms are bigger than Scandic but look aged, the lobby is fancy. The breakfast is alright but not many vegetarian options. The family room had no temperature control and the front desk staff were unaware of this. They offered me a small fan but i refused as i was traveling with a baby. They said all the rooms are like that, as i don't believe that a hotel of this size has rooms without temp control. They didn't offer me any other alternative like changing the room, so I had to live with it for two nights. The room was very hot when it was sunny. Car parking is free but very tight spaces. Special mention of the night shift front desk lady who is very kind and patient.
