Nice, friendly,clean and fresh urban hotel near railway station and city center. Our room was a junior suite and perfect for a family of four.

The customer servixe at this place sucks. They lost my luggage and I had to spend 350 dollars to get it back and continue my trip , not to mention the Hassel I had to go through in a foreign country with my family. Worst is they refuse to reply to my emails after repeated attempts to ask for compensation due to their negligence. Their customer service is a joke

Great family room. Location was great, next too train station (although a little noisy if you had window open), very close to bybanen from airport and short walk to centre. Good breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant one night. Food was lovely but my husband found a sharp piece of hard plastic in his food and when mentioned to the waitress didnt even have so much as an apology.
