Copthorne Hotel Palmerston North

Our stay was great overall. No complaints and staff wonderful - though as prompted for feedback, had my children been younger and at nap stage, the construction in the rooms surrounding our building should have been advised at an earlier stage to when I found out. The room was also boiling when we arrived late at night and when we were getting ready to leave, it was sweltering and I left feeling uncomfortable and like I hadn’t showered. There was only a fan, no air con or private way to air the rooms. The fan in the bathroom had no way to turn it off and only options to turn the full lights on in the lounge where two beds are. For the price, I am super stoked. Anymore though and if my toddler was needing a nap, I probablu would have been annoyed. I really can’t complain considering the price though.

We had an amazing stay at the family room of the hotel. Room was so neat, great service and staffs were so accommodating! The breakfast served was delicious! Excellent!

Overnight while in town for a family funeral. Convenient as always for everywhere we meeded to get to.
