The location is great. Being able to get away to the country and enjoy family time in a superb setting with facilities to enhance your stay is a great way to unwind.

Bad service, breakfast 20+ min late, no one at reception for mid morning checkout. Not lenient or helpful when wanting to try checkin at 230 not the usual 3pm even when we had a young child needing sleep. Spa still not open after being closed in Jan and overall seems old and run down
