perfect for singles or couples, wouldn't recommend a family stay. affordable and was in an amazing area! the staff were extremely helpful.

Cleanliness: The cleaning service operates on a request-only basis, meaning you need to ask for your room to be cleaned and your bed sheets to be changed. Unfortunately, during my stay, my room was left without a refill of tissues, and the food tray was not taken during the cleaning. I ended up having to take the tray down to the kitchen myself. Room Service: There is no room service available. Additionally, there was no iron provided in the room. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be turned off. The highest temperature setting is 24 degrees, which still felt cold at night. Amenities: No dental kit was provided. Soap available in shower but no shelves to put your own soap in the shower. So you have to hold it whilst showering. Only two plug sockets and one is next to the sink which isn’t ideal if you want to charge your laptop. The other socket has been used for the hotel ipad in the room. Dining: The food at the bar is nice. Good selection with veggie options Room Layout: Upon entering the room, you immediately step into the area with the shower and toilet, which is a bit unusual. The beds are large, but they are accessible only from one side. Good location. Near metro and RAI conference centre. Overall: A short stay here would be fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a long-term stay with family.
