Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South

A great place to stay outside Amsterdam. It’s a 15 minute walk to the tram and a 15 minute tram to the metro 15 more to the city all fun of you are from the states and have no public transportation. Get a day pass right at the tram station for $7.50 and use every form of public transportation. The restaurant and in house store are not great. The staff is super nice! The rooms are clean and modern. We chose this place because my son is a budding civil engineer and wanted to see how bikes trams and trains work together and it did not disappoint. It’s too far to bike into downtown central we did it but it was a real push. Overall I could not be happier. You should know that the hotel is in a business park and not near anything so you will walk a minimum of 15 minutes to the tram or get Uber or delivery.
