The check in was flawless and got assisted by a really polite lady. The check out on the other hand was just unprofessional. The person who I was accompanied by and I was making us ready for the check out, when at 11:55 we here someone knocking on us door for the check out which is fine for a reminder, but after 5 minutes we heard a knocking again and when I open the door I told her that we are coming and if being 3 minutes late for the check out is that big of a problem. And she said yes I make it a big problem with a creepy smile and just wandered off. I understand that we were on the wrong for being a tiny bit late for the check out, but where I work and experience from other hotels were I stayed in, have I never encountered someone being this strict and odd. When we checked out she asked for feedback and I just said politely that she should tone down her attitude a bit and wished her goodbye. When I walked off she screamed SIR COME BACK HERE, which I ignored. Just childish. This is not how you should be to your guest who stay at your hotel. The rest was of my staying was perfect. This encounter made my staying from 10 into a 7.
