Room was extremely small with children’s single bed. First room I went into the washbasin did not drain. They moved me into another room after I already unpacked. I stay at various Van Der Valk hotels quite often and usually get free upgrades. I didn’t even know rooms this small exist outside of Japan!!

Nice hotel in a small town. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent restaurant where we had a few lovely dinners with family.
