only a better hostel... no staff is checking the wellness area and the hotel in general.... we went to the wellness area and on the way there we heard loud music in several rooms BUT the shock was in the wellness area (where we wanted to have some rest and peace of mind at approx 21:30h enjoying some sauna and steam bath. After only 3 Minutes we escaped due to a bunch of young people (that´s why I called the hotel a hostel). They had a music small box with very loud music (french-morrocan-latin style) and they were playing this loud music in the sauna!!! Sauna was dirty and disgusting. I never experienced this before. Furthermore they were so extremely unsocial and did not care about the other guests.... this is why we left. But there was no phone and no possibility to reach the reception desk....so imagine there is an emergency case ... how can a guest call for help? And why does no staff controll those areas too? If the management was professional, it would always control such sensitive areas like wellness area (at least due to security reasons) and the gangways in the hotels aswell. But this was not the case and we are extremely dissapointed, especially because we were so tired after a long ride by car and were looking for a silent hotel with wellness even if it was more expensive. But in this case it was not worth the price we paid. Therefore not recommendable for such guests like us. But a party zone for youngsters who can behave like hell because nobody cares.

We were staying for 2 nights, for a short trip with a child. The room is well modern furnished, is very clean. We had an entrance to terrace and liked it for a morning caffe. The breakfast was very testy and relaxedes in the calm atmosphere Osthessens restaurant. The staff is very helpful. If we travel again I will look first at this hotel.
