Hotel Adam

Hotel Adam is central to literally* everything in the downtown sector, crucial for those in Pokhara for only a short time. We flew in, paid about $ 3 USD by taxi from the airport. The hotel's roof-top restaurant of both the lake & Mount Fish Tail was simply spectacular -- an incredible way to start one's day. They offer abundant choices for a filling breakfast (( try the oatmeal with fruit & honey )) with the Hotel itself just footsteps from many other eating places, cafes & shopping. "Mr. Adam" & his family were additionally very helpful to orientate us as tourists; they ensured we caught the right bus on time & advised on which taxi to take to get us here & there. But, besides that, I'd be hard pressed to know which other hotel could offer a similarly amazing view of the natural surroundings -- that itself was worth every penny!
