The hotel was very nice. the price was inline with the status of the hotel. The staff was above and beyond expectations. the staff actually cared about me and treated me as family. I stayed for a week to rest and it was wounderful.

I am BEYOND impressed by this hotel. I booked it without doing too much research beforehand, figuring it would just serve as my starting point in Nepal and then I would go from there. For as well-priced as it is, I didn’t expect much. I was mistaken. I was greeted by the kindest staff and treated like family throughout (and even after) my stay. The pictures posted are accurate and don’t even do the place justice. The rooftop has scenic views and there is a courtyard for relaxing and having a coffee or a meal. It is tucked away on a small yet busy road, but it is about a 10 minute walk from Durbar Square. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will be getting way more than your money’s worth in all aspects of the stay!
