Bay View Resort Namibia

I booked via Hotels. Com and when I arrived at the hotel they did not have a family room or interleading room. I contacted hotels.com and chatted to an agent by the name Alvin. The booking was cancelled with hotels. com and the agent confirmed the cancellation and full refund. The hotel receptionist contacted the manager of the hotel and a full refund was confirmed. Two days later I contacted hotels.com only to realize the accommodation was not cancelled. They were only able to refund the two days an not the first day. I will never use hotels.com again.

Very nice with sea view, child friendly too as everything is kept away at least above hip level, loads of storage space especially when you have a child with
