I came to Novotel as a surprise for my daughters birthday and the staff were so welcoming and nice - they even gave my daughter a surprise birthday cake which she loved! I definitely recommend staying here especially as a family as they have a great pool and good room service too. Thanks to all the staff that made our weekend so enjoyable, we’ll be back for sure.

Great service and detail was given to requests. We had a family type suite that had an adjoining room for our grandchildren! We thought the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were well equipped. The children especially enjoy the pool and the meals in the Square Restaurant.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Staff might be friendkt but security are not. security will harrass you if they see you bring a friend or family to this hotel. they will make you feel like not welcome.
