There’s a beautiful garden and pool, the rooms are large and well air conditioned but with character. Hit breakfast options are yummy. Friendly fun spot for the kids.

Gabriel, the manager and his staff were amazing! We had delicious meals served. Highly recommend the house special egg scramble. We took a tour of Ek Balam with Senor Juan who was highly informative. After the tour we spent the afternoon at the hotel’s private cenote (a bit aways from the hotel) and it was simply breathtaking. Our guide Santiago took great care of our family and super nice! Virginia came along as well to the cenote and made us a special meal there. Don’t miss this and just book this tour.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Quiet oasis from busy town centre. Gabriel the manager was fantastic! The perfect host. Loved this hotel! I will spread this to all my friends and family who travel to Valladolid!
