Just that the breakfast is always the same with the 11 days of stay with my whole family. I suggest you put some menu. Assorted from any country. Change from one day to another day would be good for your guests 😁

Cleanliness, decor, staff, continental breakfast, all amenities, safety, near the mall, everything was great. I enjoyed staying there. I will definitely go back and also recommend it to my friends and family.

The property was unkept. Hardly any breakfast every morning. The plates and silverware was dirty even. Tables never whipped down. You have to ask for your towels daily. You’re pretty much on your own. There’s not enough hired staff here to keep up with the demand. Long check in lines when your tired and just want to get to your room. I over heard a staff member at the front desk actually arguing with a customer. That is unacceptable behavior. I should have gotten his name. The woman had received a dirty room upon arrival and should’ve been treated with more respect. There’s no hot water in the shower. Which is tuff when traveling with a child. I would not give this establishment a 4 star rating. They do not deserve it whatsoever.
