I lived this hotel, it was located in downtown, very clean and family oriented. The staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Its a beautiful hotel, very niecly decorated. Pool a lot smaller than in the photo and tends to be very full most of the day. For a family its great but for adults maybe not the best option. All staff and cleaning staff were great. Felt very safe. Maybe a little too noisy due to children

What I liked the most was the people who work there, very friendly and professional and very helpful, they make you feel like part of the family, thanks Elsy, Ana, Vero, Tere, Wendy and Mr. Wylie. Thank you so much.

It was pleasant place to stay. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have elevator. I was in the 4th floor so my family and the lobby person carried all are belongings to the 4th floor.
