I liked how they keep the essence of the old colonial house and they use light to enhance the architecture, the hotel is 3 blocks away from downtown Merida, close to good restaurants and bars, I think they should improve cleanliness and be consistent in the amount of towels they provide every day. I didn’t like that they allow families with small kids and babies, sorry I am 50 and this hotel is not set for families with kids and babies. Fortunately, that happens during last day of my stay. Overall, good place to stay, I will return
