had an issue with our room not cooling so we called the front desk and they said it was our mistake because we had lowered the a/c too low causing the a/c to freeze even though it had not been cooling since we got there. eventually we were moved rooms very late at night and it was frustrating going back and forth as our babies were already asleep. Spoke to the manager the next day and he was so amazing with us apologized for the situation and invited us to come back
