I was charge 36 dolars more for brakfast becouse the kids dint get logged in and also room didn’t have proper amount of towels and when I ask for them they never got them

Everything was great except there were too many young kids running around the lobby when breakfast was open. Management needs to do more to keep the chaos out of the front & breakfast area. There needs to be more structure and parents need to help. Trying to have a nice breakfast but kids running around being noisy.
