The receptionist staff were very unfriendly, They are the one that suppose to be the first one to make you feel welcome because they are the face of the hotel and they are the worse on staff in the hotel. There were kids in the hallway talking very early about 6am. I left my cellphone in my room and when I got back I notice that my phone had 15 times unsuccessfully to log in, someone came in when I was not there.

They tried their best at not honoring their word and robbing me of my prepaid time. While scheduling I told them I would be arriving just after midnight. They told me they would honor the full day. After Standing on the street side at 1:30 am with my family trying to hail a taxi to the bus station. They must have felt sorry for us and gave us a room for a couple of hours. Not the full time like I paid for but their policies made things unworkable. Even when they gave their word that this wouldn't be the case. Hey thanks a million.

Motel El Dorado was great for my family to get a good night sleep and food is awsome Could need a cover for parking but still give this Motel a 5 star
