Thomas and the rest of the staff really work hard to make this a clean pleasant stay. This place is well worth the price. Breakfast was always delicious, warm and varied. Please tip the staff, it is evident that this place is made great by the people who work here. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful and staff is great, very helpful/informative always professional and quick to resolve any issues. They assist with transportation and excursions. We enjoyed riding the 4 wheeler to and from the main strip. I personally enjoyed the breakfast, they have considerate vegetarian options readily available. The look of the area around the hotel is seemingly still under developed but the area is occupied by hardworking locals. I always felt safe on foot walking to and from the little blue store to the right which only takes pesos. The location is great its down the street from the main strip and some great beach clubs. Our stay was here for 7 days with children.

I wouldn’t book anywhere else. This is the best place to stay in Tulum. Recommended to friends and family.

All the amenities, excellent service Our family loved it

The Hotel itself and the Facilities were great. However We had been sent a reservation confirmation with an upraded room which we have asked about on arrival and the Staff denied it all and made it clear to us they were annoyed although We were simply enquiring and the email was clearly sent by the Hotel. Otherwise the Facilities were Clean but with a few inconsistencies such as our daily water bottles not given or when our bed was made there was no duvet cover, and twice no water supply with no warning (only for about 30min tho) and during most of our stay we would receive 2 towels when in fact we were 2 adults/1child. Food wise we had our breakfast Included, limited but fine by us. Most days there were toasts, scramble eggs variations, sausages, melon/papaya/pineapple/bananas, cereals, yogurt, green/orange and grapefruit juices, zucchinis/bell peppers, cinnamon toasts, pancakes, potatoes, cooked bananas, chilaques. Most of the staff was friendly, and all communications were made via Whatsapp.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had my cellphone and debit card stolen. The staff was helpful in getting me back to the hotel safely. I attended yoga class and the instructor was knowledgeable in the yoga poses that relieve muscle tension. The food was amazing especially, the salmon and brownies. I would definitely come back! In fact, this is the second time that someone from my household has stayed at the property. Hope to bring the kids back next time. Muchos gracias!
