Classic old school beach front hotel. Amazing location, family run. Tony and his team offer lovely service. Warm family feel with the staff. Room service was great for all meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. Salsa picante a must with eggs. Dont expect a brand new hotel...but its small and wonderful and perfectly vintage.

Our family of 5 had a great time. Good value for size of units, views, and being steps to the beach. Hotel room service food was good as well as bar next door. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves at times.

This was absolutely our dream vacation come true! Tony, the owner and manager, is wonderful! What we loved: wifi, easy and efficient whatsap communication with staff and to order room service (delivered delicious meals to anywhere you wanted...beach, roof-top), fabulous accommodations and daily housekeeping, gorgeous beach with plenty of beach loungers available. Quiet location away from the hustle of Cancun. Nice restaurant and bar next door on the beach. Easy to take local transport (collectivo) into Akumal town, up to Playa del Carmen or down to Tulum. Rooms had A/C, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe, water cooler for drinking water (bring a water bottle and just fill up each day), beach towels provided, great water pressure in shower with plenty of hot water. We had pool-side room with balcony overlooking pool. It got great afternoon sun to dry our bathing suits and towels. The beach is gorgeous! calm turquoise water! All the staff was wonderful and Tony makes you feel right at home and is quick to answer any questions. He seems to know the name of every single guest! We are already dreaming of our next trip and bringing the whole family and renting one of the beach-front efficiencies as they looked especially fabulous!

The million dollar on the beachfront view, the employees, and beach were all amazing, especially the property manager Tony who was always available with a welcoming smile and seemed to really care about making sure your needs are well taken care of —from arranging our airport shuttle, to taxis and cenote dives. Room service, free WiFi, bottled water and ground coffee, and water sports/snorkel gear, daily maid service, comfy lounge chairs, cold bedroom ac, and plenty of hot water with good pressure, this spacious condo-hotel provided a much needed and wonderful escape for my family! It’s basically everything you need —and everything you don’t. A rental car and stocking up on groceries in Puerto Adventures are recommended since the area is 5 min from Akumal by car —and the general store is convenience-store-pricey. We bundled air/hotel/rental car with Expedia and received a great deal!!!

Lots of room for family of five. Beautiful views and cool bar next door. Turtle nesting right outside is amazing. Hidden quiet location- very cool.

Friendly helpful staff. Classic family run small hotel and dive shop. Coffee watching the sun come up, end of day beach walks, with lots of sun in between. Nice beach bar. Some folks been coming for years. We will be back. Lovely relaxing experience.
