We stayed in Puebla for some days and this hotel have us what we needed as a family. We booked two bedrooms suite. It was spacious and very clean. Service in the bar is amazing and also the food in the restaurant. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll book this hotel again for our next visit.
