The morning shif front desk woman was rude and unfriendly when we asked if we could ch in a little earlier (we arrived earlier with our small dog). What a big difference because this gentleman brought them to our room immediately. When it was time for check out we were on our way to front desk to return the key, she was walking our way and she said to hand her the keys right there and then, we did. Not a “ Thank you, hope you enjoyed your stay” “We hope to see you again” Because of her we won’t be staying in our next trips in Los portales Hotel.
