Good for family and couple’s stay

Amazing experience. Day 1 started off bad, construction next door (like 15feet away) 9 hrs of jackhammering. The lady at reception seemed disinterested in moving us and like we were bothering her, not a great day 1. Day 2 we saw a gentleman at reception and he bent over backwards to get us into a room away from the construction noise, a great Amego! From that moment on, it couldn’t have been better! Lucy, Heidi, Carla and the dudes in the restaurant were outstanding, it’s cliche but we really miss them, they felt like family. We can’t wait for our next stay! The pools are beautiful and the birds sing all day. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, no need to go off site.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in a villa. The little pool on the balcony is about the size of a hot tub but such a nice spot for the end of the day. The room had everything we needed, and anything we were lacking (extra towels, pillows) was quickly supplied. Richard, the manager, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room. Eggs, fruit, beans, ham, coffee. Big and fresh! The restaurant was very good; everything was tasty and the staff is great. We only had breakfast and drinks/snacks but we heard the other food was delicious. And the view of the beach first thing in the morning can't be beat. We like to walk so the location was great for us. It's about a mile from La Crucecita and a mile from Santa Cruz, which has a better beach for swimming than the one that's closer. . Also a few tourist shops. We were there on. Sunday so the town was sleepy but there are restaurants on the beach which are open all day. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. It was the most relaxing (albeit short--we stayed 4 nights) family vacation we've had in a couple years.
