The A/C was not working. We spoke to the lady in the reception and she asked us to wait because they’d send a technician out. If it didn’t work after that, they change us to a different room. Which they did, after the technician told us it would be working. The second rooms A/C worked great. The bathroom setup for both rooms were a bit weird. The whole shower area gets wet so it makes it a bit uncomfortable when traveling with family because you have to undress and dress in the common restroom area, which has no door. Ultimately, we spent two nights there and it was just ok. Night Shift reception had a little attitude but we paid her no attention. Also, we constantly had to get keys reprogrammed.
