The hotel was clean and service was good. There was a big group that had kids and the place was simply put: chaotic! I felt I was in a playground as opposed to a hotel as there was zero adult supervision and kids were literally running up and down halls and going up and down elevators which only made our going up to our rooms that much longer. Front desk did not do anything about it even though the lobby was that noisy with kids running around with slices of pizza in their hands
