Ysuri Sayulita - Beachfront Hotel

This was our second stay at Ysuri and we will be coming back for a third stay. Whether on a romantic getaway or family trip (we have done both) it is a great fit. Units available in many sizes to fit your needs. The ocean views, proximity to town for endless dining options, and ability to wake up and surf make this an ideal location. We appreciate that it’s a few blocks out of the town center chaos and noise. Staff have been accommodating and units clean. Some units have elevator access but some do not and may require up to an 80 stair climb to access. We have fun with this and build it into our workout routine but if mobility is a concern of yours ask the hotel for a room with elevator access. The hotel is built up against a hill so expect some stairs/hills regardless.

Great location. Great staff. Clean. Stayed with my wife and two young children. All had a good time. 3 opportunities for improvement: 1. Get rid of wrist band ask for hotel guests. They are annoying and seemed like everyone was taking them off. 2. Get rid of towel cards and distribute towels by the pool. Not all the way down by reception. 3. The door handle to our unit was in need of replacing, and there were gaps between the door and frame such that one could easily used a card to slide the lock mechanism open. Not super secure.

We had a great stay and loved the staff, pool / view, and our junior suite. First two nights were in a basic room, would not really recommend this room although might be worth it for the pool to some. Would recommend adding a refrigerator, coffee machine, bed side lights to this room. Would make a big difference. Our junior suite was a fantastic A .

Location, Location, Location. Great rooms our view was great #132. Staff was very helpful and kind. Will stay there again. Looking at penthouse for whole family next time.

The beach is just a 2min walk—one of the best locations in sayulita. The restaurant right in front of the hotel is fantastic—very good food. It is quiet—not like other hotels that are close to the clubs so you won’t be kept awake by loud music at night. Downtown a 5min walk—so really the best location to be at. Pool is heated and very comfortable. Room (junior suite) was beautiful. zero complaints, it was really great. HIGHLY recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. We booked the junior suite and it was beautiful, very spacious and had a gorgeous view. Definitely a great room for the price! Far enough from town to not hear all the chaos of downtown, but easily walkable to all the action within five minutes. No elevators, so be aware of that if you book an upper level suite but it was not a problem at all for us. The staff was super helpful and got me a hair dryer when I needed one, and kept our car safe for us in their private garage. Would definitely stay here again!

Every single one of the staff I interacted with was wonderful. We had an executive suite, which was huge--exceeded our expectations. It was all-around a great place. The only notable thing for us was the one restaurant at the hotel is at the pool, which is great but it's called Taboule and didn't have any foods on the menu our kids were interested in. It was Lebanese cuisine, which I support, it's just the kids wanted something like nachos or fries.

The location is fantastic. Our junior suite facing the ocean was amazing. The staff was excellent. Elias and Yazmin were so helpful. We would go back in a minute. Lots of steps to access the room if you like exercise ,but they have another building with an elevator. Check on clear instructions for the shower and TV.
