Absolutely perfect! The rooms were very comfortable, large, and well appointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The lounge/snack area was an unexpected bonus. The place is also beautiful inside with natural gardens growing everywhere. It was an amazing stay for our family of four with two teenagers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coyoacan!

We picked H21 because we knew we wanted to be in Coyoacán and needed parking, but it really exceeded our expectations! The location was ideal, less overwhelming than other parts of Mexico city but plenty to do, see, and eat nearby. The room was gorgeous and spacious and it was really nice to have a kitchenette for a longer stay. The thing that really stood out was the staff, who were extremely helpful and kind to us and our child. We will definitely be recommending to friends!

Loved the place, it is a lovely 5 room hotel with the loveliest details on every corner of it. This time it was my whole family and we felt really safe, the place was very comfortable. The only thing i regret is that we didn't stay longer.
