I come here everytime I’m in Guadalajara because not only does it feel safe but it’s clean and very friendly I will continue to recommend this hotel to all my family and friends!

It is a nice and stylish minimalist new hotel, it is far away from downtown (which was fine for us) and ok for short stays. It is clean but has little or almost no space for hanging clothes etc. It seems to be Japanese styled but I am not 100% sure. Reception needs to be more mindful as my family was assigned rooms in different floors and lift is activated with entry card but only to the assigned floor. I gave heads up to receptionist as the first one to check in but it didn't help. Unfortunately, I learned about room assignments after all relatives went into their room and that removed room change eligibility. Other than that, it is a nice clean and minimalist new hotel.
