The bathroom was not clean, a lot of black mold in the shower that was never cleaned. The toilet has no cover studies have shown no lid leads to fecal matter going everywhere. Toilet paper is super thin. SUPER NOISY, you will have a hard time going to sleep and will be waken up super early, there is a window in the bathroom that opens up to the hallways and I’m guessing that’s the reason I’d wake up smelling sewage early in the mornings. Room was 301 do not get a room close to the street it will be noisy, green bed pillows and covers are so old they are smelly like they are never washed. Towels were so worn out they were see thru you couldn’t dry yourself with that and they are definitely toddler sized.

The kids love the pool.

It was far away a pleasant stay first you get out of the elevator and there is a big sign… be quiet or we will ask you to leave… this sign was great for me but reality was far away there were people at the lobby and other levels screaming, laughing and children tuning I COULDN'T sleep any of the 2 nights when I asked they said sorry people don’t understand…. Then why the sign? Second sign read…. If you get the towels dirty with make up or shoe polish you will be charge $100 MXP .:: I went to buy a towel to remove my make up and make sure I comply… what was my surprise when I used the hotel towels to dry myself after a shower they were so old that you could see trough…. Again if you put a sign make sure you comply with what you offer So basically not a pleasant stay
