Hampton Inn by Hilton Silao-Aeropuerto Bajio

Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The lobby area is big and nice. My kids and I enjoyed hanging out there. The breakfast was very good. I got there around 8am and they had already started to run out of a lot things. I noticed they don’t replenish the items as they’re running out. I really like that they have a 24/7 shuttle to and from airport. The rooms are small. We had 3 big suitcases and we can barely walk around the room. They were having technical difficulties and could not give us keycards to our room. I didn’t like that I had to ask staff to open our room door or the gym. When I did ask to open the door they were very prompt. They were fast to change my sheets when I told them there was hair on them. The hotel is not within walking distance to any stores or restaurants. The elevator is small. If I’m paying a lot of money for a room I expect my bed to be clean and ready for sleep. The only things I liked about the hotel were the staff and shuttle.

Staff was very friendly. 5 stars Restaurant was just ok 4 stars Reported broken lock upon arrival. Repaired immediately 5 stars. I will recommend to friends and family. I will highly consider staying here in the future.

They offer airport shuttle which is very convenient. but i dont think they vacuumed my room properly. the floor carpet is covered with lints and dusts. my room is also sharing a door with another room ,and the room's wall is very very thin. i can hear the adjacent room's TV , music and kids playing till midnight..

I like the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and breakfast. What i didn't like is the hotel was full of baseball kids and no one did more to accommodate the regular the guests. No chairs or tables available to eat breakfast, no toilet paper. We ask the front desk a few times and one react to the situation. Very frustrated

Our family only stayed for a few hours before our flight to rest and wash up. The hotel was very nice and clean, service was excellent. It was easy to schedule a shuttle to airport - about 5 min away. The shuttle driver was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with our luggage. I will definitely be coming back!
