Hotel Casa Santamaría

We loved this hotel! It's quiet and comfortable, and the double family room (1 main bedroom and a small bedroom off the main one) is perfect for a family. Great location, nice bedding and towels, plenty of touches that make the hotel feel charming and special. The only downside is that the hot water takes a long time to heat up and the shower pressure was low.

Room was extremely hot. Rented a family room and the heat inside the room made it impossible to sleep at night. The main bedroom has no WINDOWS. There is no AC in the room and you are only given one fan. I asked for another fan and was told they would bring it to our room and it never arrived. You can't leave the window in the bathroom open if you're using the bathroom, any person from across the other building would be able to see you. The shower room has a skylight if someone wanted to spy on you from the roof they could. San Miguel is a beautiful Town, this was my third visit and have always booked different hotels never had any issues but this was definitely a bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
