I did like the convenience of being at the center of town but other than that it was a very uncomfortable experience the room has no heating it gets very cold at nights the bed linings are of summer use no warm bedding it’s very hard to get warm at nights they should have extra blankets available for guests in the room! the shower water is horrible cold no matter how much I wait the hot water never came, therefore with cold Room environment plus no hot water I was forced to clean my body with baby wipes instead of catching a cold,”Really” hotel management?? wow! therefore it’s utterly ridiculous so in general it was a bad experience period.

Everything was amazing about the hotel, the staff was amazing. I am a flight attendant for a major company and understand the efforts of hotels on accommodating everyone. I never tend to ask too much of the service but the small incentives and attention to detail in the used items of the room were restocked in the beginning but later seemed to be kept until I asked for them. On the 14 day stay at the hotel I was accommodated with basic needs of soap and towels and I had my child and my mother with me yet somehow did not have my coffee restocked as well as only 2 towels until I asked for additional items. I also purchased a bath robe for my son for that reason of having no additional towel for my son. Upon our last night when we asked for an additional coffee once again and were told they ran out by the room service staff we saw in the hallways, I called and they stated they would charge me. Which I didn’t mind the charge but I explained to the reception staff if the coffee was only complimentary the first overnight as she stated to me, why did we get restocked every day without a fee or why didn’t we get notice of this rule implemented? They restored my humanity greatly in the reception on accommodating our coffee with no charge. Staff was amazing in the restaurant, the room service and the reception overall. Just more attention to detail on long haul customers who stay more than 2 nights would be great.
