I loved everything about it, I wish we stayed longer. Definitely kid friendly.

Service is great. Things are dated, in general well maintained. Great vacation with kids and golf, pool area is top notch

It is a beautiful resort and the service was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone and families especially.

This is by far the nicest resort in the area for the price, I highly recommend it. The rooms are nice and generally in very good condition. There are numerous pools for kids and adults. The restaurants have very good food and the drinks are good. Service is excellent in all departments.

A huge sprawling resort. It was not very occupied while we were there so services were limited although the services we received were great. We received a nice upgrade to a suite with an amazing view. The included breakfast was very tasty. If you're traveling without children don't miss the 'adults only' pool on the roof.

It is the best hotel in barra de Navidad. The pool was the best part my kids enjoyed the slides. Water was clean and warm. The room was always cleaned. I reserved 3 rooms and they were not together at all. They were 5 minutes apart of each other. It was hard to be with my family. They wouldn’t change my rooms or make any accommodations. Hallways had spiderwebs and roaches. It was an average hotel

I liked the property itself it’s very colonial, (beach /lake ) is beautiful great for kids. Views are breathtaking. Pools were a little dirty .. service was terrible at front desk and restaurant. Check-in took very very long for many reasons .. first they didn’t have our reservation because I had made it same day (understandable) I had to email my confirmation.. I had booked 3 king size bed rooms and they told me they didn’t have any available.. at this point I didn’t care anymore I had a baby who was really tired and all I wanted was my room to put baby to sleep. We finally get our keys and they had to take the keys away and check us in again because they had given us dirty rooms .. when they reassigned our rooms magically two king size bed were available for us … when they told us they had none .. a little weird . I was very upset about this. At the restaurant, breakfast was decent but service needs a little improvement I had to keep asking servers to fill my cup with coffee or get us more juice because they were busy using their cell phones during work hours. The only person that I believe went above and beyond was Julio not sure what his position was but he was very polite, helpful, and super friendly.
