I'm very disappointing with the check inn. We had to travel becaue a dead in the family. We had travel all night long. We arrived at the property at 12:00pm explained to the receptionist our situations and begged her to please gives us a room to fresh up an go to be with our family. We didn't get our room until 3:00pm. She mades wait!😡 Her argument was she didn't have clean rooms available. The following day I spoke with a lady that does the cleaning and asked her what time she start working and she told me "7:00am, I have to start at 7:00am".

Just plain awful experience, the hotel was overcrowded with children, people drinking and extremely loudly in the pool, impossible to rest, the rooms don't represent the price paid. Won't come again
