Great for a family trip. Very good breakfast. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

Staying at this hotel was the worse experience ever! Since the beginning at the check in the person at the front desk didn't understand when I gave her my name, even though I told her in Spanish as that is my first language, she gave me a key/card that was in a very bad condition and the next day didn't work, I had to get another one and the staff told me that key was not good and she wonder why I was given that key! Then we went to the pool it was a very hot day and we need it to cool off, but as soon as we entered a black drunk man yelled a vulgar/sexual statement referring to my 20 year old daughter he was flirting, apparently they allow parties with drunk male a females who were there, the black man wasn't wearing a swimming suit he was dressed with cloths and he was in the pool drinking, they all were drunk! We left because the whole scene was disgusting and yucky! And we didn't feel safe. We went to complained with the manager and he said he will check when he came back he said that they look okay and that it's okay to go in, I told him that they shouldn't allowed drinking and partying in the pool area because is a public area and families with children have access, he said that he was afraid to ask them to leave, the two security persons didn't do anything!!! They said: “and this is nothing you should see what people do in Christmas and New Year’s, they go naked and drunk inside the pool and the pool area”, unavailable!!! so we ended up leaving not the drunk party.
