4 out of 5 stars

We had a great family holiday at this resort, found the beach & poolside very relaxing. Disappointed by the level of service within the restaurants itself, a bit more due care needed by the staff. Great trip otherwise.

5 out of 5 stars

Perfect hotel to relax and unwind. As a family we usually have very active holidays involving a fair amount of travel, so we were a bit concerned there would not be enough to do. However, every day we were up and about doing something. We made extensive use of the local golf course (free to "play" but you still need to hire clubs and golf buggy). Tennis and water sports also great fun. We had a stunning view over the water, but the staff are the real jewel in the crown here - everyone is so friendly and helpful. Makes all the difference. I'd highly recommend the hotel, but if I had one bit of feedback for the hotel - don't charge so much for water. I know I need to pay over the odds for food due to the location and service, but to charge £7 for a bottle of water that isn't even enough for a family of 5 is unnecessary.
