1926 Hotel & SPA

It was a very welcoming experience m, we had a spacious, clean and modern family room which accommodated comfortably 4 adults. The beach pool is a must and the hotel ia well located, far away enough from the busy streets but close enough to walk. We visited a lot of places and ferry and buses are cheap and recommend - taxi drivers can be quite reckless at times

Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist to check me in. Informed me that I got upgraded from a standard to family room as it was a solo birthday trip for myself. To my surprise they gave me a slice of carrot cake along with a birthday card and one of the beds decorated with petals. Had their breakfast buffet and tried their spa facilities all of which was superb. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Malta as all staff members were personable all the way up until I left - security even offering a coffee whilst I waited for my taxi. My small issue I would raise was there was a strand of hair on the hairdryer throughout my stay. Despite the hotel providing a room 'touch up' in the afternoon before the evening sets in (great touch btw) they failed to spot this in my 3 nights. Very small and definitely does not change my positive impression I received from the hotel. Good location to some of the most recommended eateries and neighbouring towns such as St Julians and an easy bus ride to Valetta. Just ensure to bring the exact change for the fare.

This is a very modern hotel. There are no key cards. It has keypad entry which save you trying to fish around for the card. Even the do not disturb and make up my room are electronic buttons! We got upgraded to a family room so had 2 king size beds to ourselves (2 of us) which was amazing. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities or try the breakfast as we were out most of the time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It was fantastic with staff were attentive and friendly. The only thing that I would say is dining room as little small for their number of guests some days and same with spa It needs updating and steam room was not working apart from that . the whole feeling Is luxurious and welcoming from the moment you enter reception.would recommend to friends and family

Honest review: We booked a junior suite but it was just a basic double room with a balcony which only had two chairs. The area is surrounded with loads of restaurants, bars, shops which is convenient. Only 10 people allowed in spa and you have to book in but where we went there, there was more than 10 and the 1 hour limit wasn’t valid, water in pool not filtered. The clubhouse pool is under construction and staff didn’t let us know, the location is about 7mins away from the hotel. Overall the hotel is pretty and modern, clean, nice staff, rooms aren’t sound proof.

My family and i stay at this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to facilities. There was limited swimming time.
