Avante Hotel

Very good family hotel. Big rooms. Big bathroom. Child playground is available. There is a gym and a massage area. BIG Pool. Good breakfast offer. Everything is complete

This is my 2nd stay cation this year with my wife and daughter. I am prepared to check in around 3:30pm. However there is only 1 counter is opening and I found is a bit. Not proper as today is weekend. Another counter is open after q up for 10min. The check in process is smooth sailing but it could be better if the receptionist could greet your guest. I think is should be common for star rated hotel. The room is ready and clean. We asking for extra blanket, pillow and towel and it was delivery is quite soon. I brought my daughter to the kids club after breakfast. We are the 1st guess in that morning. The toys are organised and clean. It could be better if the staff could be more helpful. The reason is I am taking off my daughter shoe before I go in and normally I will carry her in my arm as I try to keep her foot clean. If the staff can give her hand by open the glass door for me to be more easier for me instead of checking her phone. Overall is a wonderful stay.

Although it was rather packed for their bookings over the long holiday. I appreciate that the staff tried their best to give me a connecting room as I had a baby with me. I love Avante and this is my second stay. It’s really convenient to walk to 1 Utama mall and also the Utama farm.

My kids loves the pool on 15/F. Having a dinner or snack at the pool side bar is fantastic too. It takes only 5 min walk from hotel to 1 Utama so very convenient for shopping and dining.

They offered the options of a triple - fairly rare in SE Asia. As a family of six with three minors, this was a huge deal. The room was large and spacious. The hotel is next door to a large mall and the MRT, which was also a factor in our choice. Staff was attentive and available. Would return to this facility again.

1st night at the deluxe room we stayed, water leakage. Contacted reception (from my room) 3 times, nobody picked up. I need to dash down & asked for maintenance staff for SOS. Actually two juniors were mending the night desk. Overall the incident took 45 minutes to settle (from calling till cleaning, included suction). The following day, informed the senior receptionist. Nothing much can help, instead suggested to send senior maintenance staff to double check & apologized. First time booked / stayed at Avante; with disappointment.

A nice property, but didn’t like not being able to go to another floor with our key to visit our other family members!traveling with us. Had to get assistance from front desk each time and that was inconvenient. Otherwise the property provided good breakfast and is in a location.

Went with family. Book 4 rooms. Check in was efficient. Clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast was good with very attentive crew. Just one comment; a complimentary bottle of water was opened and half consumed. This must either be a haunting, or a rather careless housekeeping action...
