Pullman Kuching

The room is spacious. They provided me with free extra bed for my kid under five. The location is good, very near to Topspot foodcourt. The crab is must try.

Reception and concierge were very helpful. Slight disappointment because we had booked for deluxe room but only allocated one. The other was a standard family room. The hotel did manage to meet our request for rooms on the same floor but did not locate the rooms close to each other as requested. Found the rooms large and comfortable although the air-conditioning was not easily adjusted to suit our needs. . Gym facilities were very good. Spa was excellent. Restaurants were very good although staff could have been more attentive and efficient at morning buffet. Breakfast buffet selection was extensive but was not refilled so that guests coming to a later breakfast missed out on some selections. Gift shop was only opened on request which was a little disappointing. Computers available for guest access in lobby were slow and badly maintained. Convenient location close to shops. Overall, we had a lovely stay.
