Great hotel except some communication issue from the management - have to move to G Hotel Kelawai, as we never receive any notice nor email that they shut down a/c from 11 to 6pm, no WiFi, outlet electricity not working. We have another family room booked through their website, when we check in, we were never informed about the shutdown. On the positive note - front desk staff - Erra （ i think）was amazing - she make arrangement for 1 temp room and move us to kelawai due to the inconvenience. She work tirelessly making all the arrangement， transport us back and forward ！ Overall not bad - but with the Marriott down the street，They need to do some catching up on the communication！

Hotel is very close to shopping mall and beach which is very convenient for my family members . Hotel rooms are very clean and some with good scenery facing the sea However, I placed a deposit of RM$1,200 (using credit card for 3 rooms) upon check-in on 17 Feb 17, and couldn't be cancelled upon my check-out on 19 Feb 17. Hotel reception advised me that they will only cancel within the next two weeks. Hopefully they will activate the cancellation asap.
