The room service had a kids menu that was delicious. And the breakfast spread had a great selection. Staff were friendly and valet service was very on the ball. Really enjoyed our stay!

Overall my stay with my family was good. Area of the hotel is very convenient and accessible with local food, eateries and restaurants.
The hotel might want to review on the quality of food and the varieties. My buffet dinner on my first night was a very crowded one. Groups of ppl oragnising their events at the cafe which was messy and overcrowded. Food was often seen shortage and some raw food (ie oysters) were not fresh. Place was too overcrowded and very noisy.

My family booked this hotel for a one night getaway in JB. It was a great experience for all of us. We managed to get early check in and late check out. The rooms were clean and beautiful but the smell of cigarette in one of the rooms was overwhelming when we first open the door (we requested for smoking rooms). It would be better if the rooms be cleanse of smoke smell for new occupants.
The next day, breakfast was marvelous with wide spread of local and international cuisine. We had a good time sampling all the food and the chef and waitresses are very helpful.
Last but not least, most of the hotel staffs are very helpful and cheerful. Keep up the great job. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a getaway!!!

Absolutely Brilliant: we booked the Junior Suite after spending the day in Legoland with the kids. The room was very spacious, the lounge facilities were excellent and most importantly the staff was extremely welcoming.
