The check-in & check-out was very fast. Staff were very friendly. Entertained our requests immediately. Very good place to stay with families.

Stay with family and upgrade free for late check out, room (executive room) is decorated well and spacious, staffs are helpful and area is walkable to shopping (berjaya Times Square & IT mall - plaza low yat). Recommend place to stay and excellent service

The good: Room and bathroom was clean. I paid for a King Premier room which should be near the top floors but I got one on the 4th floor. Didint make a fuss about it as the room was good enough. Swimming pool and gym were also clean. Location is convenient. They've listed Laundry services as an amenity but its not one. It is not free, they get the laundry done outside the hotel and you will only get the clothes next day 5 pm rather than the same day. The doors are not sound proof at all, its easy to hear anyone talking through the main door etc. which feels like breach of privacy. But overall a positive experience and would encourage families or business travellers to choose this hotel.
