Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau

It's a nice place for vacation with children.

A family oriented non casino 5 stars hotel. We traveled from US with a baby to Macau and really wanted to stay at a non casino hotel that would still give an outstanding service. We stayed at MGM Cotai, Galaxy Cotai and Wynn Macau before, Artyzen Hotel was definitely my favorite. Also finally a true non smoking room for us. At casino hotel, even non smoking still smells like cigarettes in many rooms. Location: Artyzen is a beautiful hotel with history and Portuguese flare that is located to the central of Macau. It is a walking distance or quick taxi ride to the ruins of Saint Paulo and many local attractions. Sands hotel and fisherman harbor are next door if you want the casino scene. Many other local shops and convenient stores close by as well. You get to have a taste of different scenes that Macau has to offer. Property: We booked a suite and an extra room for my mom. The suite was beautifully decorated and spacious. They even offered baby bathtub at check in. The hotel itself was gorgeous and we enjoyed visiting all the restaurants on site during our one week long stay. Highly recommend the Thai restaurant and Bella Vista Cafe. Hospitality: This is what got me to my heart…the people, the staff. They truly care. From making the reservation to arrival check in, from every dining experience to our daily encountering with the housekeeping service, every staff I have met was courteous, professional and thoughtful. Their attention to details made us felt so special.

The hotel seemed to have refurblished in the last few years, it is clean and tidy as a whole. The staff have good attitude and services are up to standard. Although the location a bit far from the city centre, there are shuttles connection to Macau immigration boundary building and a few major hotels. The outdoor swimming pool is nice and has water slide which is the attraction of most of the kids

Good for family with children. A resort with swimming pool . No casino distraction.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Not as luxurious and some other hotels in Macau, but definitely nice enough for my family. This price is cheaper than other hotels of similar room size in Macau. Love how the hotel is not having a big casino or shopping mall like other hotels, which makes getting in and out of the hotel more comfortable. It is right next to the Sands, and Art museum and Science museum are very close, the ferry terminal is just 20mins walk (or use bus or shuttle bus) so very very convenient. Hope to make use of the the Kids Center and the swimming pool next time.

Staffs are nice, location is good and the facilities are sufficient to my family

The Artyzen Grand Lapa had a decent-looking lobby. They served cold herbal tea there, and the bellboys were super helpful and friendly. The room was nice and big, and the bathroom shower gels smelled good. However, I think that they should have a shuttle bus service from the hotel to the Macau ferry terminal, as we had to go to the nearby Sands Hotel to take the shuttle. I would like to compliment a bellboy called Francis, as he was very patient and helpful. The TV channels were sufficient, and the king size beds were huge. The pool and children playground were great but we didn’t have time to explore.

Hotel has a resort area that is good for relaxation. Good for family with kids to stay for a good weekend.

Good hotel close to the ferry terminal. Nice swimming pool kids love it !

I had reserved a suite on 16th floor for my daughter's birthday and the environment was awesome! The balconies had a great view and the hotel resort area was very refreshing. Decoration in my room was very nice and my kids loved it so much. I would definitely come here again for my staying in Macau!
