Four Seasons Hotel Macao at Cotai Strip

We are so happy to have the room upgrade! Really unexpectedly large suite and with balcony. The pools are good for kids. Outdoor pools but one with warm pool water, so even under rain we still can play there without worrying too cold. The hotel is clean, neat, quiet. All staff are attentive, nice and helpful. The only disappointing thing was the lobby is under renovation and so we couldn't enjoy and take photo of the nice main lounge area nor the curved staircases in the lobby.

A great and quiet hotel within Cotai complex, ideal place for family travel, impressed the staff service and great amenities set up for babies and family! Definitely come back for Macau stay!

We had a wonderful one night stay. There are many small touches that make up the great experience. Upon check-in, my two teenage kids got a soft toy each. yes, they still love soft toys! The reception lady escorted us to our room which was upgraded to a deluxe one. She showed us where the hair dryer and other important amenities were and took our other requests too. A Chinese tea set was sent to our room and after we came back from our shopping/dinner, we found a snack set and fruit basket on the table. My girl was over the moon! A soap bar was also given. It smells exactly like the shower gel in the bathroom. I found a firm pillow and a memory foam pillow in the wardrobe, giving me a better night sleep. Everything was perfect, even the checkout when the reception lady (Kelly) gave us a tote bag as a goodbye gift. Impeccable service!
